Light 4 Life Cause works with the Exceptional Children's Foundation to create jobs for adults with with barriers to employment through the manufacturing of candles and home fragrance products. Each person is trained by Light 4 Life Cause staff in the art of hand-crafted candle making. They also receive personalized coaching from ECF staff on both professional and life skills development. This integrated workplace training shows participants the way to greater independence while increasing their self-confidence, self-esteem and financial security.

Our "eco-chic" candle is handcrafted in the U.S.A. using an innovative, all-natural, coconut wax that provides the cleanest, most sustainable burn available.

Our clean burning candle never collects soot, exudes fragrance, and is truly ecologically responsible. The purity of coconut oil allows the fragrance to burn true, releasing the natural parfum without distortion.

Please be aware that your candles can be affected by severe exposure to hot temperatures of 80 degrees or higher for long periods of time.

Unfortunately, mail trucks are not air-conditioned. The customer assumes the risk if the candle melts during transit and the product may not be returned or credited if melted upon receipt.

Shipping and returns

This gift usually ships within 1-3 business days via USPS, UPS or Fedex ground services. Shipping transit times may vary depending on delivery location.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept unworn, unused, and uncustomized items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify for a refund. All products that have been customized (etched, embroidered, etc) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturer defect or have been damaged in shipping.

Items in the following categories cannot be returned: Fine jewelry, consumable food products, alcohol and print on demand wall art. These items are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item or an item that has been damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item with a new one - just give us a call. Please note, any items that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to Gifts for Good within 5 days of receiving it.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Please contact our Customer Support team anytime by emailing hello@giftsforgood.com or calling (877) 554-1550 and make your return request, stating the order number, and the product name of the item you want to return. Once we have authorized the return, we will send you information on where to send the item(s). We will need you to securely repackage your merchandise and cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.
