This gift arrives in our Kraft eco-friendly mailer boxes which are fully recyclable and sustainable with 20 trees planted for every tree used to make each box. The products inside this gift box are hand assembled by people with barriers to employment at Goodwill Southern California, so you can rest easy knowing there is impact at every level of this gift: the product, the box, and the fulfillment process!

Stripe Hand Towel & Soap

This gift set is perfect for the new homeowner or your own guest powder room. It includes two hand towels and one Aleppo soap. Our hand towels are made on semi-mechanic looms with hand rolled fringes. The soap is named from the city of Aleppo, Syria where the ancient Soap Masters engaged in the art of soap making.

Shipping and returns

This gift usually ships within 1-3 business days via USPS, UPS or Fedex ground services. Shipping transit times may vary depending on delivery location.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept unworn, unused, and uncustomized items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify for a refund. All products that have been customized (etched, embroidered, etc) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturer defect or have been damaged in shipping.

Items in the following categories cannot be returned: Fine jewelry, consumable food products, alcohol and print on demand wall art. These items are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item or an item that has been damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item with a new one - just give us a call. Please note, any items that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to Gifts for Good within 5 days of receiving it.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Please contact our Customer Support team anytime by emailing hello@giftsforgood.com or calling (877) 554-1550 and make your return request, stating the order number, and the product name of the item you want to return. Once we have authorized the return, we will send you information on where to send the item(s). We will need you to securely repackage your merchandise and cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.
