Through our partnership with Goods that Matter, your gift supports their mission of giving back to unique social and environmental causes.
Goods that Matter was the first Benefit Corporation in the state of Louisiana and has given over $48,000 to their partner causes by donating a portion of all their proceeds to causes that impact health, happiness, and sustainability. To date, Goods that Matter has supported 14 artisans, 9 environmental groups, 7 disaster relief groups, and positively impacted over 48,000 people.
Up your eco dish drying game with our 100% Wool Dish Drying Mat, handmade in New Orleans with South American wool felt. Proceeds are donated to the Wetland Initiative which works on restoring wetlands across the nation.
Wetlands are nature's sponge and our dish drying mat is an all-natural option for your sink area. Wool is naturally antimicrobial, absorbing and retaining moisture as your dishes dry.
Care Instructions:
Soak in cold water with light soap, and spot clean food stains. You can lay to dry on the counter or in the sunshine. If you wash in the dishwasher, it will shrink around 1/4" overall. Pro tip: Do not put in your clothes dryer on hot - that will turn wool objects into miniatures.
Comes with a story card explaining the impact of the item.
